Royal's Red Son Rising-2006 Colt

Little Red's First Year - 3 & 4 Months Old.

Nala's 2006 colt, we nick named Little Red due to his rich sorrell color with white blaze and stockings. He looks like he will be about Nala's size and already has beautiful mane,tail and feather. Nice bone, pretty shaped head and outstanding personality rounds out this beautiful colt. Little Red descends from The Old Coal Horse,The Old Black Horse and Sam who is said to be the sire of Royal.

We purchased Little Red and Princess Nala in September, 2006. This was their first day at the farm. Red is 3 months old in this picture, Nala is a 6 year old mare.

Even though it was September in these pictures, it was hot as summer. Not very comfortable for horses who had began putting on their winter woolies! Nala gave Little Red a hug. Little Red, 3 months old in this picture.
